Meeting Rooms FAQ

How to book extra stuff for meetings:

  • When you make your room booking, if you need extra equipment such as flipchart etc or if it is a ground floor room and there is a specific room set up you require please let the person you made the room booking with know this.

How to use the Projectors, Dice Machines and Audio:

  • Using USB sticks and the existing machine in the AV cabinet: in all meetings rooms there should be a DICE machine in the AV cabinet with keyboard and mouse. (Note, despite appearances, this is not designed to be a podium which the speaker talks from). Turn the AV on, and when the on button has stopped flashing you should get the DICE login. Selecting "Main PC" should also switch to the installed DICE machine.

  • Using a laptop: if the laptop is plugged into the AV cabinet, select PC1 on the AV cabinet, if the laptop is on the table in the middle of the room select PC2.
