Another attempt at Playing VotD and another failure. At least we managed to play 8 overs this time, before the third shower put and end to things. With the wind too strong to persist with bails for very long and blowing the ball onto leg stump, muchto the delight of their opener, the first 4 overs were very costly. After a brief shower, the retirement of their most aggressive opener saw us start to get a bt more controll, before two more heavy showers, the second ofwhich was more like a torrent, saw an end to proceedings.

Champagne moment, was Ravi stopping the bowler in his run out to point out there were no bails, about an over after we had given up trying to replace the bails every time they blew off!
