Guidelines for Meeting Rooms
For informatics Users:
For the ground floor, when booking the room you can ask for the layout to be changed. However, this is only possible if there is sufficient time between bookings.
For the meeting rooms on all other floors, you are responsible for changing the layout, and returning to its default layout (see the default layouts on the
MeetingRoomsCommittee page).
You can see room bookings at:
You can book a meeting room by contacting one of:
- Sofi Freijeiro-Mato, Fiona Clark, Cathy Gray, Jenny Burness, Kay Sakagawa, Dyane Goodchild
For help with the DICE machines, AV and smartboards
contact support. Please do not move the AV cabinets - only support should be doing that.
