This page has information on each of the INFbase helpers. It details their special skills and areas of interest. This is not to say that you can't come to the INFbase with questions not related to these areas but the specialist help given is likely to be much better if you come on the right day.
The INFbase staff will be happy to attempt to help you with any matter as best they can but they do not have ALL the answers. This would be impossible due to the massive range of courses offered by informatics and the specific details required for each course. In situations where they directly cannot help, though, they will be able to offer advise as to who to address the questions to and how to formulate those questions. If you are unsure about whether your question can be answered by INFbase we encourage you to come along and find out. We're here to help.
