* Monthly Tech Meeting location. (G Watt)

Issue is cost and staffing if we hold this in the Forum

Neil to investigate staffing and costs and get back to FTL next week.

Cheaper to hold the meetup in AT but there are issues on numbers and the "attractiveness" of the forum.

* (James's apologies for not being present) Ceilidh: Two sensible adults (plus James?) needed for Ceilidh, Email address for staff needed to send invites

staff@inf

phd-students@inf?

Stuart is happy to be a responsible adult. Stuart to look for another volunteer (possibly Neil?)

* Post teaching committee, it seems the recourse for 3rd year coursework at the moment is to deal with cases individually. As such, I would like IVR and AILP to be looked at specifically for next year, will discuss with Stuart.

Stuart talk to the lecturers involved on level of work for next year. AILP tried to remedy difficulties but we should review for next year. AILP coursework is still awaited - GAGP is late in returning coursework. Discussion on whether there shuld be tutorials in third year courses.

* Couple more teaching committee points: suggestion that DoSes become stream-specific, 3rd year courses to be introduced and picked (at least provisionally) before the summer.

Noted.
