   * Graduation Ceilidh
   * Whole School events?
   * IRR feedback - some groups have not provided feedback - Neil and Stuart to followup.
   * Spammers contacting University student accounts - send to Neil who will take up with IS.

Last Week:
   * Teaching Materials (Laurentiu P.) - carry forward
   * Inf3 Tutorial Provision (Thomas G.) - carry forward
   * Ceilidh Report (James G.) - a great success - congratulations to James.
   * Open Day guides (James G.) - transparent criteria for selection of guides - pool of people and spread work evenly (Morna's scheme).  Neil to look into.
   * Senate: Learning and Study Space (James G.) - excessive mention of Starbucks? 
   * Planing ahead for next year - organise to get reps elected by week 3 next year, organise training for next year.  Andrew and James to organise team-building activities.
 
This week:
   * James and Andrew - School reps for next year (going for Academic Services convenor).
   * Lifts in Appleton Tower - Christian to bring statistical evidence of lift failures soon (next week?)
   * Graduation Event - Sarah and James to look at the Hilton
   * Whole School events for next year - link a Class Rep team building event with a whole class event - treasure hunt.
