   1 Review AILP position
   1 discussion of the teaching conference
   1 quick fixes for 3rd/4th year courses (integration of m inf in things/events shared by b sc degrees )
   1 continuous support throught the degree - availability ?
   1 Actions taken after SSLC - minutes not available, action points not known, results unknown
   1 lab equipment not working / computers not working / printers jammed very often / paper and etc missing (better ways of reporting them/ encouraging + incentives for people)
   1 specifically tailored maths for informatics (for later years, given that the current maths honors courses aren't useful -- maybe inf school could provide some )
   1 S of Inf own version of teachig awards (to recognize the good TA's and lecturers) - students submit preferances / short stories (Laurentiu to explain more) - maybe organize a small 'after exams' reception ?
   1 Moderation exemption on mailing lists?
