Regular users are not allowed to install software on the display PCs, as we've had problems with this in the past. Please contact the EyeTrackingSupervisor if you need software to be installed or upgraded.

A particularly delicate problem is installing the SR software in the right order. If the incorrect order is use, you are likely to experience problems with the DLL files of the software (i.e., DLL not found errors).

This order seems to work:

  • Eyelink API
  • Scene Link
  • Dataviewer
  • Experiment Builder
