Innovation Meeting
Things to do/discuss for the Innovation meeting of 24 May 2007.
Gordon will be taking the minutes at the meeting.
Things we need to do at the Innovation meeting:
- Overview of CMSs - A quick what a CMS is, and the ones we are considering. (15mins)
- Informatics Requirements - result of questionnaire. (15mins)
- Demo of CMSes
Since the last meeting we have some notes on our initial Drupal and Plone test:

We only have about 8 working days to the Innovation meeting. The questionnaire has been out there for about a week, and so far has 77 responses.

List of Criteria of the CMS:
- Must run on linux
- Must be useable by end users on Windows, Mac, *nix.
- Must be simple to use by non-technical people.
Issues:
- Forward and backwards compatibility
Features:
- Ease of use
- Version control
- manageability
- Authentication
- Authorisation
- External Access
- Ease of migrating data to A.N. Other CMS, eg polopoly
- URL masking, eg www.healthagents.net
Potential Candidates:

Neil will get Zope/Plone, Drupal and look at Polopoly up and running. Done for
Plone and
Drupal.
Neil will have a look at the results so far from the questionnaire, and give the presentation on the results at the meeting, and the requirements from those results.
Slides so far
Craig and Gordon will look at the features and requirements based on the questionnaire, and see what CMSes offer.
