Project #374 - Scanning and Retention of Financial Paperwork

We currently have a finance shared area which is accessed by all accounts and PM staff within the school. We are trying to move to being more paperless with the accounts and are looking at the possibility of scanning and retaining receipts, invoices etc on the shared area attached to the relevant grant file. These documents will contain sensitive information which will need to be retained for a long period of time (10-20 years in some cases) depending on funding body rules re retention of grant paperwork. It is estimated that the amount of storage required for the school will be around 500 GB.
