One test server has been upgraded. Six old servers have been retired (aristo, colonsay, lindor, stakhanov, titan, zondar) and there are negotiations about another two possible retirals.
User Support tracks its upgrade progress at Sl7USUnitUpgrade.
Research and Teaching
Theon (all parts) has now been migrated to SL7.
In addition pgluser, Jenkins, mongodb and ruby-packages are complete.
Hadoop and GridEngine are on SL7 but need a lot more work.
gpfs cannot move to SL7 so Gluster is replacing it. This is up and running on the CDT and MSc clusters but a lot more work is needed.
CDT headers and MSc teaching cluster headers are SL7 but need more work.
The GPU servers are partly upgraded: the Dells are done but Viglen and Alienware are not.
RAT has no specific blockers, assuming lcfg-dns has now been resolved.
Managed Platform
Both SSH servers have been upgraded to SL7.
The first NX server upgrade happens tomorrow.
Two of the KVM servers are on SL7 and ready for use, but the bulk of servers still need to be upgraded.
Infrastructure
dns is believed done and is currently in testing.
iptables is mostly done, but needs systemd tweaks.
The new loghost is up and running, but not all analysis tools have been ported yet.
nut is there.
sixkts/x509 and cosign have been done for client use but not for server side.
prometheus for SL7 needs more testing and code review.
There's a test openldap server on SL7 but the headers need more work.
Services
Services has a test AFS fileserver running. A couple of major dependencies for other units (waklog, lcfg-mysql) have been resolved.
