DICE under emulators

This project started out as a minor development activity as Alastair worked on supporting DICE on his laptop under VMware for his own needs. He chose DIYDICE as the base and it quickly became apparent that this had rotted in a number of ways; much of the time attributed to this project was spent on this work. Support for roaming DIYDICE machines was also added. The DIYDICE wiki topic was tidied and user documentation added.

In Feb 2009, the activity was turned into a project. Carol spent some time testing DIYDICE under Fusion and verifying the documentation.

This project shows how easy it is for work that appears to be a minor development activity to consume sufficient resources, albeit over a long period of time, that it should be tracked as a proper project.
