Hardware RAID LCFG headers

For Dell servers running FC5 DICE, there's a separate header for each RAID hardware type. If a machine is using hardware RAID (this isn't necessarily the case) this is the header you should probably include:

However note that this is just a general guide. An add-on card may need a different header from the one given here.
