This is the final report for Project 247 - Documentation update - Services Unit.

1. Introduction

This project is a container for the work that's been done over the past year to review the existing Services Unit's 'user-facing' documentation, and migrate it to the new http://computing.help.inf.ed.ac.uk site.

2. Deliverables

Documentation migrated to http://computing.help.inf.ed.ac.uk/, and redirects put in place from the old www.inf.ed.ac.uk/systems/ pages to the equivalent documents in the new location. "Documentation Week" occurred during T1 2013.

3. Effort

The work was spread over 2012T2, 2012T3 and 2103T1. Effort was as follows:

We estimated 2 weeks, so not too bad a guess.
