Then login as "admin" (ask Services for password if required), and enable USB-stick support via menu options:
Properties: Services: Scan to USB: General
and then click Enabled
and also check the actual port(s) are enabled via:
Properties: Security: USB Port Security
(there is also a link to the "Scan to USB: General" settings from this page).
Note that, while this may configure/enable the scan-to-USB functionality, no scan-to-USB options will be presented without a front-panel option.
Properties: Services: Services Registration
. This displays the "Workflow Scanning" button on the front panel. Selecting this will bring up the USB scanning display (and the USB stick can then be inserted), or just inserting the USB stick will bring up the USB scanning display automatically.

Selecting the "Print From" button prompts user to "insert USB device", which should be recognised on insertion.
Note that, besides the configuration requirements above, the physical USB socket to the left of the display panel needs to be uncovered, and the USB-symbol face-plate inserted. There is a storage pocket inside Tray 1, on the right-hand side, which should contain the faceplate for the physical USB socket (when USB use is enabled), or the smaller "USB symbol" insert (when USB use is disabled). There's also some printed documentation in there too.
