2. Matters Arising

  • George should document how the host keys of the ssh servers can be preserved during upgrades. This action has been transferred to the Operational Meeting actions.

  • There are redundant fields in project descriptors. They should be simplified. Propose a simplified format. Should also look at IS basic project management templates and consider something that they might be able to use as well. [Action Alison/Tim]

3. Actions from Prioritisation meeting

  • SICSA - This project has taken a lot of effort so far and we want to look at limiting any further effort. Tim to discuss with Jon. Tim has discussed with Jon. We will freeze work bar for some finishing for now and re-visit in August.
  • Future direction web service - Quite a bit of work in migrating content, coordinating moving institutes into "institute-in-a-box" first then identifying the structure required for the rest of www.inf. Craig needs to add this into the project plan. [Action Craig]
  • AFS - Will initiate, in next session?, a further project to develop further automation of the AFS service. [Action Craig]

4. Approved Projects

See Activity with annotated comments from meeting.

5. Project Status Changes

  • School Database Revamp - Tim - move to Implementation (Stage One). Approved. Moved to Implementation. As part of Data Model review we should fully document data content and access permissions for the purposes of DPA compliance.
