DICE Project Development Meeting

"The remit of the development meeting is to monitor, assess and prioritize all development projects from initial proposal to operational signoff. All significant new developments must be proposed to the development meeting and undergo peer review. The development meeting will also be responsive to external proposals and will typically assign a senior CO to work up external proposals to the same degree as internal proposals."

From Jan 2017 this meeting has been automated see

Projects are proposed, prioritised and allocated blocks, three per-year (Jan-Apr, May-Aug and Sep-Dec). This is tracked on the Computing Strategy wiki.

Meetings will normally be held on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 10.00am in IF1.16 for a maximum of one and a half hours. All COs and CSOs are encouraged to attend, and anyone leading a project should try to attend most meetings.
