Appleton Tower server room management and access arrangements

W.e.f. 10th February 2014 the day to day operation and management of the Appleton Tower basement server room is being taken over by the Communications Infrastructure Section (CIS) of IS.

From that date, all urgent issues relating to power, air conditioning problems etc. should be reported to the Technical Services Manager, Fiona Donaldson, by telephoning 650 4933. This is the network support general enquiries number and is staffed between 08.00 and 21.00 Monday to Friday.

For non-urgent enquiries e.g. staff access etc., please email network-support@edREMOVE_THIS.ac.uk ensuring the email is FAO Fiona Donaldson.
