Summary

Initially I met with Jon Oberlander and some of the SICSA admin people for a discussion of their requirements. Essentially they were looking to keep the content but revamp the style. After suggesting that they email me some urls of styles they were interested in I mocked up several versions of the site and after a further meeting one was selected and a number of tweaks were requested.

Having made the requested changes I requested a meeting of interested parties to sign off the new style however nothing came of this and a further prod elicited the fact that they were looking at possibly using google groups to set up a website. I believe this was brought about via a change of management in SICSA.I have had no contact from any of the SICSA staff and I am assuming that this work is no longer required.

update 22/3/2011 I've spoken to SICSA and they have confirmed that they no longer need the plone site (or the database).

Total work spent on the project was 15 days about 1.5 days worth of which was me chasing up what was happening.
