To Do:

Contact ITO to get a budget. Need: 1 student senior leader for 40hrs. Need to sort out photocopy and printing mechanism for helper students. Agree ITO support mechanisms (this year did it all myself to see what was needed).

Contact EUSA to get dates of training, and location sign up web site. Build a wrapper website that forwards to EUSA but collects info from Informatics students into a spreadsheet.

Email students giving info and asking for a reply if they are interested. Use a unique reply to address. Collect responses in a mailbox. Personally respond to each email answering questions and giving the sign up wrapper website.

Keep count of signups. Less than 10 is going to be a problem. More is good. Unlikely to get too many if UG1 numbers stay high. Repeat emails.

Leave initial training to EUSA? This depends on feedback this year.

Plan a session D. Keep to 2hrs despite what EUSA say. Remove some of the less pertinent material. Key Goals: Get to know one another, build confidence, clarify that goal is for students to learn approaches to learning, learn confidence etc, not to learn technical material.
